Popis systému

Vyšetření zornicového reflex je považováno za základní neurologické vyšetření. Klinické studie prokázaly přímou závislost mezi změnou kvality zornicového reflexu a zvýšeným nitrolebním tlakem. (Fountas et al., 2006). Studie dále prokázaly schopnost pupilometrie časně odhalit i malé změny nitrolebního tlaku. (Fountas et al., 2006 & Chen et al., 2011).  Konvenční – manuální vyšetření zornicového reflex byť zkušeným lékařem s mnohaletou praxí je vždy zatíženo vysokou mírou subjektivity. (Stutzman et al., 2014).

Použití infračerveného automatického pupilometru NPi®-200 poskytuje přesná a spolehlivá data použitelná pro hodnocení neurologického deficitu pacienta a sledování jeho vývoje v průběhu léčby.
