			<p>Elektrická impedanční tomografie plic/EIT/</p>
<p>Neinvazivní, monitorační a zobrazovací metoda, poskytující kontinuální informace o mechanice a funkci plic, která je určena pro použití u lůžka pacienta a nevystavuje jej nadbytečné radiační zátěži.</p>
<p>Elektrická impedanční tomografie (EIT) využívá 32 elektrod umístěných kolem hrudníku pacienta za účelem měření regionálních odchylek impedance (odporu elektrického proudu) v příčné rovině hrudníku těla pacienta (tomografie).</p>
<p>Metoda EIT je založena na injektáži minimálních elektrických proudů prostřednictvím elektrod uložených v opakovaně použitelném elektrodovém pásu, připevněného kolem hrudníku pacienta v definované příčné rovině v úrovní 4. mezižeberního prostoru.</p>
<p>Měření impedance jsou prováděna rychlostí 50 dokončených cyklů za sekundu /50 Hz/, což umožňuje v podstatě nepřetržité měření odchylek impedance s vysokým časovým rozlišením.<br />
Plyny jako je vzduch mají při srovnání s tělesnou tkání vysokou hodnotu impedance. Plicní ventilace mění množství vzduchu uvnitř hrudníku, což způsobuje změny v hodnotách impedance v prostoru a čase. Vzhledem ke korelaci kolísání impedance a kolísání ventilace hrudníku, lze tyto informace využít pro vyhodnocení regionální distribuce ventilace v dané příčné rovině hrudníku.</p>
<p>Během respiračního cyklu jsou ze změn poměrů mezi vodivou a nevodivou složkou plic zjištěny variace elektrických odporů protékajících proudů a následně je rekonstruován dynamický obraz distribuce ventilace a vzdušnosti plic.</p>
<p>Informace o distribuci ventilace nabízejí lékařskému personálu okamžitou zpětnou vazbu umožňující optimalizovat umělou plicní ventilaci vzhledem k aktuálnímu stavu pacienta a naplňovat tak zásady individualizované a protektivní ventilační a kardiopulmonální péče.</p>
<p>Díky pokročilým algoritmům zpracování dat o elektrickém odporu plicní tkáně a parametrů z ventilátorů libovolných výrobců jsou uživateli poskytovány aktuální informace o regionální distribuci ventilace, regionálnímu kolapsu plic či plicní tkáně vystavené přílišnému přetlakování /overdistenze/ ventilační technikou či neadekvátně zvolenou polohou těla pacienta.</p>
<p>Použitím metody EIT tak ošetřující lékař dostává jedinečné informace o efektivitě zvolené ventilační strategie v reálném čase, ale i o celkovém účinku léčby na respirační a oběhový systému pacientů v kritických stavech.</p>

<p>Mapa ventilace se vypočítává pro každý dechový cyklus a koreluje s regionální distribucí dechového objemu. Kvantifikuje regionální distribuci ventilace a umožňuje tak identifikaci možných asymetrií. Řídí se stejným barevným schématem jako je tomu v případě dynamického zobrazování.</p>
